Readmission

On the physicians tab, only listed under the providers profile, under the destinations tab, is the Readmission patient count, and rate listed for the past 30 days, adjusted and unadjusted. Can this be expanded to the past 12 months? Also, adding it as a metric to the physicians tab as a metric that can be added would be easier to pull for the entire organization vs. individual providers.
