Add more recent MA Contract Enrollment Totals

While we don't have claims for more recent years, we can bring in enrollment counts for years 2018, 2019, 2020, and soon 2021. This will allow customers to better understand the market and make more informed strategic decisions. This came up in a demo that TJ ran to a PE group.
