What: The ability to easily see if a physician is participating in an ACO and what ACO they belong to when searching for physicians to add to the ACO or DCE. With the possibility of filtering out physician that are in an ACO. And being able to see this on the physician analyze page.
Why: ACOs and DCEs need to be able to see if a physician or physician group is participating in an ACO or not because according to CMS rules, a physician and physician group cannot participate in both or more than one. DCE and ACOs don't want to target physicians that are not eligible for the program. If we have the history of their ACO participation that would be fantastic to show all the years too - not just the most recent year we have. Because if a physician tried the ACO thing and then dropped out, our customer would know what type of conversation to have with them as it varies tremendously depending on the experience.
Known Issues with Our data: I know that our ACO Provider file is dated (I believe 2018) but even if we labeled the metric as 2018 ACO Organization Name. This is still much better than what they have today.
Scaleable: This is a must have for ACOs & DCEs and a very nice to have for Health Plans. And would mark this very high priority for our ACO/DCE product revamp.
Revenue Tied to This: Wellcare ($140K)
Timeline: ASAP
Closed Lost - Dealbreaker: Cityblock ($15K), Landmark ($30K) and VillageMd ($80K). All initial sales but would be much more after established due to growth.
Competitor’s that have this: CareJourney
Thanks Mimi! This came up on a research call as well yesterday with Coastal Carolinas ACO. I'm adding it to the backlog and will discuss with the data team. To me, this is another filter we'll need to have - totally agree.
