CMS SNF HAI Requiring Hospitalization Measures - 2023 SNF QRP

Though not effective until 2023, would like to request metrics that will assist in identifying potential areas of opportunity for SNFs to improve. (e.g. number and % of hospitalizations for each HAI "category" in the technical spec, etc).
